A delicious treat with a boost of protein. These convenient whey protein chocolate chip cookies are a firm favourite with LEAN ambassadors and easy to make, store and enjoy.

Serves: 12 cookies

Ingredients

Bananas (ripe) - 2

LEAN Active Whey Protein Isolate Vanilla - 2 scoops

Oats - 1 Cup

Peanut Butter - 2 Tbsp

Mini Chocolate Chips - 2 Tbsp

 

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C

2. Mix all ingredients together, adding the mini chocolate chips last to produce a smooth batter.

3. Spoon the mixture on to a baking tray that is lined with parchment paper to make 12 identically sized cookies.

4. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes before allowing to cool for 5 minutes on a cooling rack.
